NECA’s management team is comprised of some of the best captains of industry in Nigeria. They are collectively and individually accomplished management gurus, business leaders, human resource management experts, bringing their decades of experience in negotiation and industrial relations to solve members’ socio-economic and labour policy issues.
Mr. Taiwo Adeniyi
President
MR. TAIWO ADENIYI holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and M.Sc. from the University of Lagos and another M.Sc. in Supply Engineering/Logistics from University of Warwick. He is the Group MD/CEO of Vitafoam Nigeria PLC.
Mr. Kunle Oyelana

MR. KUNLE OYELANA brings over twenty years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria. He is also an alumnus of Strathmore Business School in Kenya and IMD in Switzerland.

MR BRUNO GRUWEZ, is the CEO of Promasidor, Nigeria He studied Business Engineering at Amsterdam-based Vrije Universiteit. He also obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Engineering from Universite Libre de Bruxelles.

DR. IFEANYI ERIC OKOYE, mni, OFR, the CEO of Juhel Nigeria Ltd holds a Masters and PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology and Industrial Pharmacy. He is a Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria and an Alumnus of Harvard Business School, Boston, USA

Mr. ADEWALE SMATT-OYERINDE is the Director-General of NECA. He is a Strategic Business Membership Organisational Growth Expert, Human Capital and Talent Management Enthusiast, and Business Sustainability Practitioner, with over 16 years of experience in Business Membership Organisation, and HR/IR.
