They are collectively and individually accomplished management gurus, business leaders, human resource management experts, bringing their decades of experience in negotiation and industrial relations to solve members’ socio-economic and labour policy issues.
DR. IFEANYI OKOYE
President
Dr. Ifeanyi Okoye, mni, OFR is a pharmacist with an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in pharmaceutical technology and industrial pharmacy. He founded Juhel Nigeria Ltd., the first tablet manufacturing company in Anambra State. His factory in Awka is the largest manufacturer of intravenous drugs and infusions in Africa.

Mrs. Oyeyimika Adeboye is the MD/CEO Cadbury Nigeria PLC. She has a Degree in Economics & Social Studies from the University College Cardiff & Executive Management Education Certification from the Institute of Management & Development, Lausanne Switzerland.

Mr. Goran Sladic is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance from the University of Split. He has a robust skill set that includes Negotiation, Marketing Management, Pricing, and Strategic Planning.
MR. RICHARD AYIBIOWU
Treasurer
Mr. Richard Ayibiowu is the MD/CEO of Pivot Engineering Services and COO of Pivot Energy Services. He graduated as a Surveying Engineer and is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Mr. ADEWALE SMATT-OYERINDE is the Director-General of NECA. He is a Strategic Business Membership Organisational Growth Expert, Human Capital and Talent Management Enthusiast, and Business Sustainability Practitioner, with over 16 years of experience in Business Membership Organisation, and HR/IR.
