I am unable to articulate my thoughts as I come to the reality of your demise. I battle with my thoughts as if I were in a dream that would end when I awaken.

Oga! As I fondly call you . Your death has left an indelible mark on my heart. I pray that Jehovah remembers you at the resurrection; I join my faith with apostle Paul at a time like this as the Scripture says in Acts 24:15- โ€œthere would be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteousness those who did good to a resurrection of life and those who did vile things to a resurrection of destruction. โ€œ You, Oga did the best in your capacity as the boss. May Jehovah count that in your favor.

Inlawww โ€ฆ as you would fondly call meโ€ฆ hmmm, I was the one and only Original and Authentic inlaw, but, who would I tell that to now ? When you are no longer here? Who would even believe I was the original and authentic inlaw ?

I would cherish forever, those happy time you shared with me as my boss and remember the sad times which were dished to me as admonitions for my guidance, given as a father, and boss.

Jehovah will call, May you Oga answer !
Keep resting in Jehovahโ€™s memory.

I didnโ€™t know him personally but I have heard so many good things and his representation of the organized private sector through NECA has been exemplary. May he rest in perfect peace and may God grant his family and the entire NECA the strength and fortitude to bear such an immense loss.

Mr Tim was a good man. A very down to earth and easy going man. He didn't relate to you based on your status as his subordinate. He cracked jokes and was very warm, cheerful and accommodating. He proved, with his actions, that he was a child of God. He earned my respect as a good person indeed.

Your demise came as a big shock, Mr Tim. You will be greatly missed my townsman. May God keep the family you left behind in Jesus name.

This is a huge loss to the global human resource management community generally and Nigeria in particular. Personally, I lost a dear brother and friend. It is a rude shock and the wound will take time to heal. Our consolation is in the truth that Dr. Tim had lived a life of great impact. He emptied his virtues in serving others even to his last moment. May Jehovah grant his loving, supportive and humble soul eternal rest. May all he left so suddenly be preserved by the Almighty. Good night dear brother.

A good man is gone. One with a very good heart has left us; for us to see again the hearty laugh and the playful disposition . The teachable and very forgiving protege has taken an early flight back to the homeland when we least expected. Never one to complicate things for you. Oh Tim, why so soon! Never a pretender. Tim was a natural, humble and down to heart colleague who would go an extra mile for you. O di gba o se oh! O di arinako, o tu di oju ala! The great one, I hail you as you continue on your journey to the land of no return. May light perpetual continue to shine on you and may you find rest in the bosom of your Lord! Sun re oh!!

This is shocking and I don't understand it at all.
What is this I am hearing....what is this news?
Wale can't be gone, just like that?
What is this life, so full of toiling and bother?
Life is but vanity upon vanity...this is now clear.
I pray Wale's family the fortitude to bear this huge loss. I pray strength for the entire NECA Family.

On behalf of NOKIA Solutions and Network Nigeria Limited, please accept our sincere condolences.

May his soul rest well.

On behalf of Cranfield Talent Managers, I would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the family of Mr Tim Olawale as well as all members of the NECA Family

He was a highly capable administrator, an effective leader and a representative voice for employers in the organized private sector. He was uncompromising yet fair in his efforts to ensure a level playing field for all, workers and employers alike. His advocacy on behalf of NECA members was strong and effective

Needless to say, he will be sorely missed.

Our hearts go out to his family on their sudden and irreparable loss and we pray that God will grant them the grace to cope

May his gentle soul rest in peace
